2. What data we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address and, optionally, the market you travel from.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Technical data: information needed to serve, secure and diagnose the site (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To manage the waitlist and send you updates — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable anytime.
- To respond to enquiries — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or for no longer than 24 months after bookings open. Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after the last communication unless a legal obligation requires a different period.
5. Who we share it with
We use Brevo SAS for communications management and Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and technical storage. They act as data processors. We do not sell your data. International transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or other safeguards recognised by applicable law.
6. Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. You can withdraw consent and complain to the Spanish DPA (AEPD, aepd.es). Email [email protected].
